81st Judicial District Attorney, Audrey Louis and Victim Advocate, Katie Quinney were honored to be invited to present with Kris and Julie Workman to a standing-room only crowd about the Sutherland Springs shooting at the "Every Victim, Every Time" Crime Victim Conference in College Station.
